Membership Terms & Conditions
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By applying for and using a membership at Urban Fairway Indoor Golf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by Urban Fairway Membership Terms and Conditions as outlined below, in addition to Urban Fairway General Terms and Conditions.
These membership terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Urban Fairway Indoor Golf's facilities.
MEMBERSHIP TERM
Membership has a minimum term of thirteen weeks (~3 months) from the date of initiation. Early termination of the membership before the completion of the minimum term will be subject to an administration fee of $100.
MEMBERSHIP FEES & PRICING
Membership fees will be charged weekly. Membership pricing details can be found on the Urban Fairway website. Alternatively, members may request detailed pricing information by contacting Urban Fairway directly.
UNUSED SESSIONS
Unused simulator sessions do not roll over to subsequent weeks. It is the member's responsibility to utilise their allocated sessions within the respective billing week.
BAR CREDITS
Bar Credits are added to member accounts on the 1st of the month following a new members first 4 weeks. Eg. A new member joining on the 20th of August completes their first four weeks on 17 September, and their first Bar Credits will be loaded on 1 October.
Bar Credits expire on the last day of the month and do not roll over.
UNLIMITED BOOKINGS (GOLD & FAMILY) FAIR USE POLICY
Urban Fairway reserves the right to apply industry fair useage hours for Gold & Family member bookings. Fair usage is at the discretion of Urban Fairway, and may be subject to availability. Please contact us if you have specific requirements and will do what we can to accommodate your requests.
EARLY TERMINATION ADMIN FEE
If a member chooses to terminate their membership before the completion of the minimum three-month term, an administration fee of $100 will be charged. The administration fee is intended to cover the costs associated with processing the early termination and related administrative tasks.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
Access is during Urban Fairway opening hours. Access may occasionally be restricted for maintenance, special events such as Exclusive Venue Hires, or unforeseen circumstances.
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
Urban Fairway reserves the right to terminate a membership for violations of these terms or inappropriate behaviour. Termination may result from, but is not limited to, the following reasons:
• Fails to pay membership fees when due.
• Failing to follow club rules.
• Intentional damage.
• Allow access to non-members.
• Deemed serious misconduct.
MEMEBERSHIP LIMITS
Urban Fairway reserves the right to cap membership numbers for operational purposes.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Members can book simulator sessions in advance through the online booking system. Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time frame, as specified by Urban Fairway Indoor Golf.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Members must adhere to a high standard of conduct and respect towards staff and fellow members. Any behaviour that disrupts the enjoyment of the facility for others may result in membership termination.
EQUIPMENT USAGE
Members are responsible for using golf balls provided by Urban Fairway appropriately. If you are using your own balls please ensure they are brand new, and not scuffed, pen-marked or dirty.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
I acknowledge that while in the facility, I am responsible for my own belongings.
SECURITY
I acknowledge that for security and accept for safety, Urban Fairway can use security video surveillance systems to monitor the facility 24 hours a day. Video systems are limited to the golf simulation area.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Urban Fairway shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by members during the use of the facility. I acknowledge that the use of Urban Fairway facilities may pose a risk of injury or harm. I confirm that while in the facility, I will use the equipment and services at my own risk. I release and indemnify Urban Fairway Indoor Golf, its staff, servants, and agents against any and all claims relating to any injury, loss, or serious harm caused to me or my property.
AMENDMENTS
Urban Fairway reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
